Katera Monroe LLC provides photography and mobile bartending services in Huntsville, Alabama and surrounding areas.

2. Inquiries Are Not Confirmed Bookings

Submitting an inquiry form, requesting a consultation, selecting a preferred date, or otherwise contacting Katera Monroe through this website does not reserve a date or create a binding service agreement.

A service is considered booked only after Katera Monroe has confirmed the booking and all applicable booking requirements have been completed, including any required service agreement, deposit, retainer, or other payment.

Availability is not guaranteed until the booking process is complete.

3. Service Agreements

Photography and bartending services may be subject to separate written agreements containing additional terms specific to the service being provided.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed service agreement between Katera Monroe LLC and a client, the signed service agreement will control with respect to that service.

4. Complimentary Photography Sessions

Katera Monroe may periodically offer complimentary photography sessions for portfolio development, creative projects, promotional purposes, or other business purposes.

Submitting an inquiry for a complimentary session does not guarantee selection or availability. Katera Monroe reserves the right to determine which complimentary sessions are accepted and to discontinue or modify such offers at any time.

Any terms concerning photographs created during a complimentary session, including permitted use of the images, will be governed by the applicable photography agreement or release.

5. Photography and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all photographs, graphics, logos, website designs, text, branding, and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Katera Monroe LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, sold, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Katera Monroe LLC, except as otherwise permitted by law.

Downloading or sharing images displayed on this website does not transfer ownership or copyright.

6. Mobile Bartending Services

Katera Monroe provides mobile bartending services subject to applicable laws, regulations, venue requirements, and the terms of the client’s service agreement.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing and legally permitted, clients are responsible for purchasing and supplying alcoholic beverages to be served at their event.

The availability or description of bartending services on this website should not be interpreted as an offer by Katera Monroe LLC to sell alcoholic beverages.

Katera Monroe reserves the right to refuse service when necessary for safety, legal compliance, venue requirements, or responsible alcohol service.

7. Pricing and Availability

Prices, packages, promotions, complimentary offerings, availability, and service descriptions displayed on this website may change without notice.

An error, outdated price, or incorrect description appearing on the website does not require Katera Monroe to provide a service at the erroneous price or under the erroneous terms. Final pricing and service details will be established during the booking process and, when applicable, in the client’s service agreement.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling, Deposits and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, retainer, and refund policies may vary depending on the service booked.

The policies applicable to a particular booking will be stated in the applicable service agreement or booking documentation. Nothing on this general website page supersedes those terms.

Submitting an inquiry authorizes Katera Monroe to contact you regarding that inquiry or requested service using the contact information you provide.

Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in unrelated promotional email or text-message marketing unless you separately consent where required.
